Despite repeated emails, and phone calls, to find out where my order was, I received no response to my contact attempts. T shirt eventually arrived 2 weeks after Valentine's day (it was supposed to be a gift), and a month after i ordered it. When it eventually did arrive, it was not the size i ordered! Totally fed up and disappointed!
I like the whole concept of Artokingo and product quality is great. T-shirts are very soft and well made, fit very well as you mentioned on the website - not too baggy and not too tight, quality of print is also very good. The only negative comment I would make is that it took much longer than expected to get the T-shirts dispatched. I appreciate that T-shirts are made to order but it would help to have some communication from you to say what is the state of the order and expected delivery date. Other than that I am very happy with this purchase
This was not my favourite tee at first but I have grown to love it. So soft and comfortable
