FAQ
Lifetime Guarantee on Prints
We believe in our prints as much as you love wearing them.ON RARE OCCASSIONS, if your design cracks, heavily fades like a bad memory, or peels off like a sunburn, don’t worry! We’ve got your back (and your front). We’ll reprint it forFREE, for life. That’s our lifetime ‘you’re covered’ guarantee!
What is covered?
Our lifetime guarantee covers the PRINT, not the t-shirt itself (we love the fabric too, but it’s not part of the deal). If your shirt has any other issues, like sizing, a loose seam or an unexpected hole, follow the normal return procedure and return it within 14 days.
Now, about the print, it’s normal for it to lose a bit of its vibrancy after a few washes (because, well, life happens). But if your print decides to fade like a ghost, crack like an old vinyl, or peel like a bad sunburn, we’ve got you covered.
If it happens within 6 months, we’ll replace the whole t-shirt FOR FREE! After 6 months, we’ll just charge you for the blank t-shirt (£10-£15 depending on style), and the print is on us! Delivery is free, and no, you don’t need to send back the sad, faded t-shirt.
Keep in mind, though, lifetime refers to the lifetime of the t-shirt, not the person wearing it! And, we will reprint it for one time only per t-shirt.
What is NOT covered?
Wrong size? Sorry, that’s not part of the print guarantee. You had 14 days to return it for a size swap.
T-shirt shrunk? We can’t tell how you washed it, so no coverage there.
Loose seam or hole? Nope, that needed to be returned within 14 days.
Print not as vibrant as Day 1? That’s just life, my friend. Normal wear and tear is expected, and reasonable fading is not covered. But if your print looks like mud after the first wash or peels like it’s had a bad sunburn, that’s on us, and we’ll fix it!
Note: This guarantee excludes any kind of baby and kids products, as well as any products other than clothing, such as art prints.
Is normal wear and tear covered?
Sadly, no, we can’t fight the natural forces of time! Reasonable fading is just part of life for allprinted t-shirts(we like to think of it as character-building). But hey, we’re not heartless! If you’re still feeling unlucky, make a claim anyway and we’ll see what we can do. Sometimes, we can offer a replacement at the cost of a blank t-shirt so it’s worth asking!
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Nope! Keep your sadly faded t-shirt, maybe donate it or turn it into a rag for your next DIY project.
If you’re in the UK, delivery for your new t-shirt is completely free.
However, if you’re outside the UK, you’ll have to cover the shipping cost. Sorry, we can’t deliver smiles across borders for free (yet)!
How to claim?
One simple rule: there’s a chat button on the right-hand side of your screen. Just click there, and select"Claim print guarantee".We’ll take it from there! Easy peasy!

We're dedicated to ensuring a responsible and ethical supply chain.

We print everything on demand in our London studio in order to avoid wasteful overproduction — no need for a massive warehouse! And, for the planet's sake, any returns or slightly imperfect items are donated to Satcol, the largest charity-owned textiles sorting provider in the UK. they separate the textiles into 3 graded types:
A For onward selling in charity shops.
B For selling to secondary markets.
C If the textile is unwearable, then it will go through a textiles sorting machine which separates out the different types of textiles.
In short, we're a super ethical brand, doing our bit to kick fast fashion to the curb, one print-on-demand graphic t-shirt at a time.

If all that technical jargon sounds a bit much, just know that we're committed to making sure our tees are as planet-friendly as possible. Your comfort and conscience can both rest easy!
